The interview is divided as followed :
- sending your resume and cover letter if they are interested they contact you quickly to set up an appointment with them. It didn't take a week.
- Rounds of interview with consultants

During the first round, you will have two interviews. Both interviewers will screen your resume and ask details to why you did those study? Why do you want to join their firm? What makes you a bit special?
After that you have a to crack a case. In my case, I had to give idea of how to increase the revenue of a company and evaluate the market for sport drink? They look at the way you think as well as how you present.
The last aprt is a Q&A

Entrevista
Four interviews in total, three with Partners, one Principal. Each interview had a focus on personal fit and a case study. Very smooth process due to great fit with interviewers. It helps to know the company beforehand, in the best case through conversations with other consultants (from the same platform)

Sehr professionell. Ich wurde vollständig überzeugt. Sehr freundlich und angenehme professionelle Atmosphere. In Summe 4 Gespräche geführt. Eher schweres Gespräch. Es wird schon sehr genau geschaut, wer ein Angebot erhält. Aber das ist ja auch gut so.

Was war eine schwere Situation und wie haben sie sie gelöst?
Le processus de recrutement chez Roland Berger prévoit 6 entretiens (3 x 2 tours) avec étude de cas. On y rencontre des personnes de séniorité égale et plus élevée, dans mon cas un pair et cinq expérimentés
