Typical consulting process with multiple rounds with case interviews at each round. The first round was very interesting, kind and caring interviewers. I did not receive any news from them for two weeks. Once I was told I passed, I waited another month before receiving an answer from the recruiters to schedule the second round. No apologies were offered, very different experience compared to other consulting firms that are much more caring, flexible and responsive.I guess they had some trouble within the recruiting team, I would have appreciated to be warned about them to avoid waiting so long.

Case questions (one case started with an estimation question)
3 Gespräche an einem Tag. Ein Personal Fit Interview und 2 Case Interviews. Die Cases folgen dem gängigen Aufbau und variieren zwischen Candidate und Interviewer led. Insgesamt aber gut machbar
Second round is difficult. Partner interview is chill. The partner didn’t do a case. It was just a 30-minute conversation. The partner kinda tells you if you’re accepted or not
