I found the interview process to be pretty good. The questions were all what you would expect to find from any software company these days. All but one of the engineers were good to interview with. They were interested in my knowledge and experience. I think that if they offered me the position I would have taken it. The 4 days in office commute would've been horrible, but it seems like there are a lot of intelligent people working there.
