It was relatively standard but the entire process felt very disconnected. One interview got rescheduled multiple times because the person couldn't make the call. One of the times being 15 minutes into the originally scheduled time and only did I find out it was rescheduled once I followed up with the team because the person didn't show up. With each rescheduling, the team only barely acknowledged the inconvenience. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
First round, just a generic online hirevue style interview with two questions. you get 2 minutes to prepare, 3 minutes to answer. Not sure if they screen for this round or if it is just an automated invite, still have not heard back about a week ish later

Supposedly, an aptitude test, an online recorded interview, and hiring team interviews followed by a technical interview. Terrible experience as the recorded interview link did not work, and no one cared to help.

Went well overall, very helpful and communicative throughout. There is an online assessment and the online interview. The Roky team responded quickly and were clear throughout the process. Recomened applying if looking for AI related pivot.
