I had a positive experience. I interviewed with four people across the team I'd be a part of as well as the CEO. It's impressive that the CEO takes the time to meet with each and every finalist, regardless of seniority -- testament to how hiring the right people is a top priority for him. All the people I met with were personable and generous with their insight. They also asked tough questions to ensure I'm capable of doing the job at hand, which I appreciate as I'd want any employer I work for to properly screen candidates. I was referred by a current employee with whom I've worked closely in the past, so intimate knowledge of my capabilities and cultural fit may have expedited the process. It took less than a week from when I had the initial interview to receiving the offer.
