Did not follow up with next steps in a timely manner. They gave a date by when they would respond and did not respond by then. Also, the initial email to invite to interview was not clear whether it was an automated message or an actual HR person.

process was really slow and many interviews. they seemed disorganized on their end about the ideal candidate but wouldn't confirm if there was more than one role available. The panel were nice, pleasant and had a conversational tone for the interview. I dropped out of the process after the 3rd interview as I got another offer.

3. Leadership Interview to understand the candidates long term thought process and how they can contribute in achieving organization wide goals
