It was in between, not too tough not easy either. They ask you questions relating to the customer care calls etc. A made up scenario is presented in the form of a caller and you are asked to handle them.

Over the phone after having application accepted online. Interviewer was friendly but seemed to have worked for the company for a long time and was not fully listening to my answers.

Good. Chill. Nothing too difficult. They don"t ask for a lot. Just be legally able to work in Canada. Not much more to say. A lot of words requested. French required.

Be prepared to show examples of customer service and de-escalation tactics and know how to upsell.
