I applied online. Process took one week . First, i got phone interview, Phone Interview asked behavioural or scenario based questions. It lasted up for half an hour and on the same day i had interview on site which again having lot of behavioural or scenario based questions. Next day i got offer letter.

Generic customer rep questions. Interviewers were friendly in both the rounds. The interview process was easy but the job is not worth the money. It's mentally frustrating with lots of monotonous calls

Entrevista
I applied online, on the careers website. I was selected for the next phase, an online test with questions and some role playing. Pretty cool, though it took me more then one hour. I think I did well because I was contacted and interviewed with some basic questions by phone and then the emailed me for the real interview at Rogers with 2 persons. Everything was fine.
