The process took 1 week. Job fair style interview where they ask a couple of questions. Dress for the interview and you'll do well. Show that you can follow instructions and learn new skills.

I applied online, they were mass hiring, so you could easily just walk in during the job fair and apply. I was interviewed by one of their Sous Chef, we just talked as is we were friends.
