I applied for the role online and was called 2 days later by the Group Retail Manager who was very friendly and asked me about my experience. I was then invited to meet them for a first interview which went well - I even got a free chocolate! It was quite informal and mainly about my skills and previous employment. The following day I was called and invited for a second interview a week later. The next interview was more competency-based and I spent half a day in a shop with another manager. I got to learn a few things and understand the business further. Two days later I was called and offered the role.
