I had an initial screening with a recruiter in November. A few weeks later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was asked to participate in the next round mid-December, and responded immediately. No word back from the recruiter for several weeks. I moved my schedule around when I finally heard back so I could participate in the 3rd round. After interviewing, radio silence. No word in over a month, and looking at my application status in the portal it now says "not selected", after spending several hours interviewing I did not even receive communication that I wasn't selected to move forward. Very poor communication, particularly after spending so much time and effort with the process.
