I was called by HR team for screening. My conversation went well and I was told that hiring manager would connect me as next step. I waited for long, then I sent a reminder to HR and I was told that because of vacations process goes slower but that week they promised to inform me. Which also didn't happen, I sent another reminder after 2 weeks but HR didn't reply me. After following 2 weeks, I received a message from their recruitment platform that I was not selected to next step. To me, if you are having a screening interview it is nice to give the feedback through individual communication not with auto message.
