The interview process was rather off putting to the company culture. I was going in for an interview and the recruiter just grilled me with technical questions and seemed like I was wasting his time. I am not experienced in the particular software that he was talking about and it seemed like since I didn't, he had little interest in me. I saw the behavioral based questions right next to him and he was just asking technical questions in which I have never seen and most of my colleagues have not seen either. It was very bad in my opinion.

It was a 30-minute on-campus interview. No behavioral questions, just went over my work experience and classes and how they would relate to the position. Was more like a conversation with who would be my direct supervisor and what he was looking for in an ideal candidate. Pretty casual but still professional setting.
