First I had a pretty standard 30 minute phone interview, and then I was invited to a round robin interview event on their campus, including a presentation and tour of the facilities.

It was a behavioral interview. They ask you about yourself and about the stuff on your resume. The person I got was really nice and really seemed like she cared.

It wasn't too stressful, they asked some precise questions wanting to know if I was competent enough to handle the job and the junior HR personnel was also a nice person
