The interview was comfortable and non-stressful. They asked pertinent questions for the position. I was interviewed by the manager and another engineer. This was an inside interview vs. an outsider interview and knew the interviewers.

Standard process starting with phone screen, then on-site interview which they did not extend to me. Asked me a lot of questions about my past project experience and leadership experience. I answered the best I could. It was easy but they didn’t call me back. But they were nice so that was good.
