The interview process was fairly casual. The hiring manager made me feel comfortable enough to insert my personality without feeling forced into answering a questions. I immediately got the impression that this was a close group of employees working to enforce a culture that values employees and their efforts. They clearly explained the commitments of the position and the role that I would fill.
