I was approached by the recruiter on LinkedIn, and went through the process. Recruiter interview, then team manager and finally team lead. Also had to do the engineering test, this was ok to do, I recommend upskilling on Python and getting it setup and working if you are not familiar with it. Only reason I turned it down was because we were going to have to move from overseas and all the stars did not align to make it worth our while at the time.
