Got connected with the recruiter and I was asked to complete a 3-day programming assignment. I finished all those problems with unit tests developed but I never heard anything back from them. Total waste of time. No feedback at all.

They wanted me for my FPGA experience, but none of them really had enough FPGA experience to ask me any questions in that domain. They just asked me textbook C++ questions and system level questions instead. They had flown me out to Toronto to do the in person interview as well. I got an offer but declined because the salary was too low, when I tried to renegotiate they pulled the offer off the table.

What are the principles of object oriented design?

Entrevista
1. Received email from a Rocket Lab recruiter asking for my availability to write a technical test. I replied with some dates.
2. Received email with attachment describing tests that need to be completed in four days.
3. Spent two nights completing two assignments and submitted online via a link from email.
4. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I emailed recruiter and had no response.

Pregunta 1
One test to write in C or C++ a middleware-type component to convert an ADC value into pressure using a lookup table and interpolating as required. Second test to write in C++ in an object-oriented style class or classes to deal with massively huge numbers (without the aid of libraries such as Boost, etc.), plus write unit tests to verify this component.
