Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Rocket Lab (Long Beach, CA)
Entrevista
Had initial contact from recruiter (who happens to be the only one dealing with 45 req’s!!) which went really well.
Went to video interview with the hiring manager who seemed to be yawning a few times during the call(!). Spent more time talking about himself and cutting off my answers.
Then crickets. For about two months I heard absolutely NOTHING. The recruiters direct email and phone number apparently don’t work.
Finally they ended the purgatory by rejecting me, by which time I had already secured my next role having completed an entire interview process while they messed around.

Here is where I’d put an interview question if I’d been asked one instead of being subjected to a monologue...

Did an initial interview with the hiring manager (Engineer Manager) that was just a "tell me about yourself" and "what do you know about Rocket Lab"?
Was told that I'd hear back in a week on scheduling the 2nd round but that never happened unfortunately.

Do not trust the recruiters. There is a complete lack of transparency from the Rocket Lab recruiters, who seem to take pride in presenting themselves as open and honest while failing to provide clear or accurate information or status of the interview process.
Straightforward no non sense interview process with normal people looking to make sure you are qualified. Enjoyable, but definitely there to make sure you know what you're talking about, which makes it challenging.
