Very disappointing recruitment experience. The entire interview process felt extremely disorganized and poorly managed. I spent over a month following up through emails, repeatedly explaining the same situation because previous communications were clearly not being reviewed properly. At one point, I was even told to apply again after six months despite my interview never actually taking place (it was cancelled 30 minutes before due to unavailability of the interviewer). After finally receiving a working interview link and scheduling my interview based on my availability, it was rescheduled without prior discussion or consideration. The lack of communication and respect for a candidate’s time and effort was frustrating throughout the process. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of the organization and its hiring process.
