It was a phone interview. I had applied for a different position and was offered this, but i was told something totally different (hours, pay) then what it really was.
I would recommend going on RocketMortgage.com and locating the link that list all the ISMs. This company lives and breathes the ISMs. It’s a great way to get a quick preview of what you can expect the environment to be like at Rocket Mortgage.

The interview was a group interview and the interviewer asked each person a different questions. The interviewer also describe how working at quicken loans is, and just addressed different things that would stand out on each person resume.
