When going through the screening process, I was informed that there would be 3 rounds of interviews. The screening, a hiring manager interview, a panel interview and then another interview with another hiring manager. The company reached out to me and we did a screening interview which resulted in a second interview. The hiring manager that I was supposed to interview with cancelled at the last minute, the person I was supposed to interview with changed 3 times. The person who actually ended up interviewing was was assigned probably 10 minutes before my interview. She was likely unprepared for it and it came across as a disinterest in conducting the interview. She was reading questions from a list of questions obviously created by someone else. After many days, the company informed me that they decided to cancel the position.
