Very disorganized and I had very little feedback throughout the process. I was told to come in for my first day after not hearing back for 2 weeks. Overall, they don't weigh hard on your experience as long as you demonstrate a willingness to work hard.

Very simple, one interview with HR, second interview with hiring manager. Then waited for 1 month and received the offer letter. The HR person first came to college to talk about the University

why do you want to work at Rockefeller University?
This is a very professional and organized interview. First HR interview and then lab will reach out. Easy application and follow up steps. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get into research.
