This was an absolute waste of time, and I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this company. I worked with a recruiter who got me an interview, but from the start, they came off as uptight and rigid. No problem—I have over 14 years of experience and knew I was more than qualified. I live just a few miles from their office, which you’d think would make me a strong candidate, especially considering the guy I’d be replacing was working remotely from Boston. During my interview, I spoke with both my potential manager and the person I was supposed to replace—which was odd in itself. To make it even stranger, I had prior rapport with the guy from a previous job, meaning I had both the experience and the connections. And yet, I still got rejected. What’s worse? I’m still getting calls from recruiters about this same position because they can’t seem to find their so-called “perfect” candidate. This company clearly has no idea what they’re looking for and will waste your time in the process. They’re indecisive, disorganized, and impossibly picky. If you value your time and professional integrity, steer clear.
