Entrevista
1. Submit your resume in the online portal
2. Initially my resume was autorejected by the applicant tracking system. The next day I was invited to submit a video pre-screening.
3. 10 days after this I was invited to speak with HR for another pre-screening.
4. 1.5 weeks later I was invited for a virtual panel interview where I had to present on a scenario and was asked many questions including behavioral ones.
5. 2 weeks later I was invited for a virtual "second interview" which occurred another 3 weeks after the scenario interview and was another panel with behaviorial/situational questions
6. I emailed HR 2 weeks later to followup and did not receive a reply
7. Two weeks after that I get an email from HR that I'll receive communication the next week.
8. A few days later I receive a call from HR informing me that they decided not to hire ANY of the candidates they had interviewed, and decided to re-evaluate the qualifications required. I noticed they had reposted a similar role with starkly different qualifications while I was still waiting for a response so I'm not sure if that was from the same dept.

Entrevista
Applied for position in May 2025. Got email from recruiter and 1st round was scheduled in 1st week of August. Post clearing 1st round, 2nd was scheduled after a week. No response after that from the recruiter even after multiple follow ups. Got to know later that the candidate was already identified for this position. That's why HR was ghosting.

Competency based interview and scenario and a few interviews with potential peers, HR and managers - some of the questions were hard to understand and interviewers also had difficulty interpreting what they meant and how they should be asked
