Applied online. Got a phone call to set up a time for an interview with HR rep. That interview was on the phone. Then I was invited to an interview with the hiring manager. She was joined by a counterpart on the phone from China. The interview lasted approx 45 minutes and it was a mix of behavior and technical skills questions.
