HR reached out 1 month after I submitted my application online. There were 4 interview stages, including the initial HR screening and the entire process took around 3-4 weeks. My interviewers were friendly, helpful and extremely sophisticated. These traits were however, not reflected in the HR personnel I dealt with. HR was dismissive and left little to no room for my offer negotiation citing 'industry standards' and 'if we pay you x amount you might face difficulty finding your next job'. The offer was also less satisfactory compared to another position of the same job grade in the organization. Overall it was a great experience turned sour, and I would have expected a more courteous treatment from HR, especially in an organization of such scale.
