Entrevista
1. First, there was the obligatory HR Screening to evaluate the appropriateness of candidacy. 2. Hiring Manager interview which evaluated knowledge and experience criteria. 3. Peer and Team interview which evaluated related level of practical knowledge and specific example job related scenarios. Also was clearly an evaluation of cultural compatibility.
