3 Phase interview process. 1) Phone screening with HR (standard question; work history, salary expectations..). 2) Face 2 Face interview with Sr. Field Service Engineer (shadowing opportunity with technical and soft questions). 3) Final face to face interview with Service Manager & Field Application Specialist.

Technical questions on power supplies and motion control motors. Soft skills questions on handling challenging customers, approach to work, and organization tools utilized at work.
Got invited for a "solo" interview where i was expected to record myself responding to questions and send it to the hiring manager. Felt very off & did not proceed with it.

Got the job. Very friendly and nice team. two interviews 1 with people and culture , 1 with the managers. you need to prepare the presentation well,and some compentecy questions.
Very well organised, nice people created trust and good atmosphere
. Info about the company and the role was very clear.
Possibility to ask many questions, and visit the building and showroom.
