Interview required a presentation on a scenario provided to the candidates. Not many questions have been asked post the presentation as I was told the presentation was comprehensive. The application pricess was a long one.

They asked about why do you wanna work for Roche? Why would we work for you? They wait a typical answer to the typical questions. Roche values, suporting to healthcare etc.
very good and straight forward process. Two interviews in total, 2 weeks apart. Final decision came very quickly, with the possibility for feedback and direct line of communication (mostly via phone).
