A recruiter reached out to me (I had not sent them an application, nor heard of them before). After several back and forth exchanges, we set a time for a phone interview. I clarified I would make the call, and when I did, the recruiter did not answer. I waited a few minutes, called again, and left a voicemail. I then sent an email once again confirming the time, with no response.
This is extremely unprofessional. As they reached out to me, I gave up my time coordinating the interview (as opposed to the recruiter), and they couldn't be bothered to show up.
This, coupled with a job description sheet absolutely riddled with typos, leads me to believe they have a very untalented and unprofessional HR department.
