Messy. Disorganized. Ultimately got an offer and then had it rescinded for reasons that should have been known upfront.
Many of the people I interviewed with seemed uninterested and apathetic.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter conversation, followed by a hiring manager interview and several panel interviews with cross-functional partners and design leaders. The discussions focused on product design experience, end-to-end ownership, collaboration with stakeholders, problem solving, and presentation of past work. The process was well organized and communication was clear throughout. The team was professional, friendly, and engaged during each stage.

Entrevista
I had a really positive interview experience with the team.
- Design leadership is strong
- Designers' work is recognized through career growth and super competitive compensation
- The company is doing REALLY well
- The interview was challenging at one point but the team was empathetic and welcoming
- Recruiter helps with some interview prep.
- During the offer stage, the team was super accommodating and open to answer some questions that many other companies wouldn't answer.
Room for improvements
- It'd be nice to set expectations of each interview session for candidates in the first place. I did get my answers after asking - my recruiter Bette responds quickly :)
- Interviewers sometimes were late.
- Break down the interview schedule based on each interview session
In terms of the process, it's typical except that there wasn't a whiteboard challenge.
1. Recruiter call
2. Hiring manager call
3. Portfolio review with designers
4. Half a day virtual onsite start with a second portfolio review, then 1x1 with designers, pms, eng and etc.
