The process is quite standard, phone screen with recruiter and hiring manager, portfolio review and then onsite. Roblox gave me one of the best interview experience, from recruiter to design lead, everyone was super nice and easy going, you can totally feel you can be friends with them. Bette is absolutely the best recruiter I ever worked with, she is so responsible and respond so quickly! If you have the chance to interview with them for design role, you are lucky! You can learn a lot from the questions they ask you and rethink your project, this is the most valuable thing you can expect to get during the interview. Also, I never saw such humble and approachable hiring manager and design lead, no matter what, you can just learn things from them. I didn't accept the offer just really for personal reason. I may regret so badly in the future. Roblox has such a strong team and great product, I truly recommend to designers to apply for the job.
