No wonder why this company has got such great reviews in glassdoor. I applied through LinkedIn , the process started with a call from HR , she gave me great insight on the role and the organisation. After HR, i got a call from Hiring manager which is a brief discussion about my experience. once HM round is done, i was asked to schedule a online coding test with Karat. it was a 60 minutes coding round with 2 questions. Once the coding round is done, within couple of days i got a positive feedback. i was asked to visit them for an onsite which comprised 2 coding round, one design , meeting with VP and CEO of the company. Not even a minute i was left alone in this entire process , the feedback loop is so impressive. within couple of weeks i got the offer. After experiencing the enthusiasm shown by the entire organisation in treating a interview candidate , i am so pumped up and cannot wait to join them.
