I was first interviewed 1 on 1 by the son of the founder regarding a resume and a personal website of mine I had included for my portfolio. He mostly discussed my schooling and the look/feel of the website. Immediately afterward I was interviewed by his father, the founder. He was more curious at the code I had written, so I showed him the source code and we talked through that. I was given an offer within 24 hours.
