It's a 10 min phone pre-interview and mainly talk about the basic behavioral questions like 'Introduce yourself', 'Why this company' and 'Why this role'. After these questions, they will make sure you get the job information correctly. For example, they will ask you about 'is the location good for you, or are you willing to relocate to these places'.

Very conversational and laidback interview process. One recruiter screening call and then two half hour back to back final interviews with each panelist. Interviewers try their best to make you feel comfortable and talk to you like a peer.
