First, I submitted a resume. I waited for two weeks before I got an invitation to do their coding challenge. I spent quite some time on the coding challenge and waited for their response. I got rejected in the end.
Straight forward interview process the questions were behavioral mainly, very little technical. Interviewers were specifically from the team that I was interviewing for a position on. Overall, not that intense.

HR interview that was 45 minutes. The interviewer was very nice and friendly and was passionate about her job and gave a good overview of the role and process. Said the internship was very competitive though (only hiring one person)
karat interview with basic concept and algo. Whole process is smooth and the interviewer is nice. Some concept if you dont know you can skip it. but the total time spend on the concept and the algo is fixed.
