Very pleasant process overall. After the application, I spoke with a recruiter who was my primary point of contact throughout the duration. She prepared me for what each upcoming interview would entail and answered any questions I had. Following that, I interviewed with the hiring manager, and a few days later was scheduled for several back-to-back interviews. Had a final interview, as well, with the director. While the back-to-backs were long, they were all very pleasant and I felt respected and heard in talking to each person. Some of the questions were what you'd expect - tell me about your background, etc. - but many showed that the interviewer was thinking not only about the specific role but also how my personality would work with the existing team.
