Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Robin Powered en mar 2022
Entrevista
It was a fairly long but enjoyable process. Each interviewer was kind and generous with their time:
Step 1: 30 minute screening call with Robin’s, very kind and very passionate, Senior Documentation Specialist. We went over my skills and Robin’s culture.
Step 2: 30-45 minute technical conversation with the VP of Engineering where he answered all of my initial questions about Robin.
Step 3: 3-hour take-home Technical Assessment focused on scheduling, similar in functionality to Google Calendars.
Step 4: Two days for the Final Interview
Day 1: 2.5 hours
-Discussed collaboration, prioritizing work, and ownership with Director of Engineering and Sr. Product Manager
-Walked through my home assessment with a staff Engineer and an Engineering Manager
-Talked on complexity and innovation with a Principal Engineer and a Senior Product Designer
Day 2: 2.25 hours
-Spoke with an Engineering Manager and a Front End Engineer about approaching and clarifying ambiguity and how to clearly communicate to influence decisions.
-Final talk with the Director of Engineering where we spoke about our design philosophies, history of Robin, its vision, and the company values.
Durning each interview I asked each team member why they were passionate about Robin, each one had the same answer: 1. Amazing people 2. Finding interesting solutions to complex problems.

Entrevista
Good experience overall. Started with a phone call with recruiter, followed by a call with an engineering manager. Then, was given a take-home programming assignment that was expected to take about 4 hours to complete. After submitting assignment and receiving feedback, called in for virtual onsite, where I chatted with team members in several hour-long sessions. I would recommend they add breaks between the sessions as they were all back-to-back. A few days later, I was contacted with feedback.

Take home programming assignment. Task and expectations for assignment were a little vague, but it provided a good opportunity to showcase skills.
