Very disrespectful process. They requested me to get the interview with an AI within 1-2 hours from receiving the email. What a joke. I feel extremely uncomfortable providing a video and audio of myself speaking to a company that did not even bother to spend a few minutes of their time speaking with me on the phone. I got the response to the job posting almost right away. It truly feels like nothing more than AI training from their side.
