Submitted my resume online - via a recruiter - and was contacted for an interview with within two weeks. I was asked several questions about management style, experience working with various levels of company leadership and over experience. The discussion was very professional and productive. However, at the end of the discussion, I was told that my experience working for a family owned company was too limited for this role, despite not being asked or discussing any such experience.
