Me postulé a través de otra fuente. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Robert Walters (Tokio) en dic 2012
Entrevista
It was a shotgun interview with 6 people (which is considered a smaller interview) with everyone in the team and division. It was a great chance to meet people you will be working with as well as a chance to promote yourself to the interviewers.
The interview is very much dependent on how you are able to think on your feet, confidence in speaking and making sure you match the culture of the firm. They are known to not even really go off of your CV.

Different depending on the consultant however several curve balls such as logical questions.
I met with 6 people in total, the interviews were fine but it lasted for more than 1.5 months. They asked all the questions that other people were mentioning here.
1) phone interview/screening: general questions based on resume
2) manager interview: get to meet each team's manager and get to know about the teams
3) country manager interview: mock-trial for headhunting
