      Horrendous Experience with Robert Walters Portugal - Unprofessionalism at Its Peak I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the inhumane treatment I received from Robert Walters Portugal. My entire experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their lack of professionalism and disregard for their employees. After a seemingly successful interview process, I was ecstatic to be told, "Welcome to Robert Walters," and given a start date. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of an appalling ordeal. The business manager and IT manager, who initially seemed welcoming and committed, completely disappeared from the scene, leaving me in the dark about my employment status. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, my calls were either rejected or ignored, and my emails went unanswered. This lack of communication left me in a precarious position, as I had turned down several other job offers from reputable companies to commit to Robert Walters. The consequences of their unprofessional behavior have left me without a job, facing a multitude of problems, and feeling utterly abandoned. The complete lack of accountability and empathy demonstrated by Robert Walters Portugal is nothing short of inhumane. It is inconceivable that a company of their stature would treat a potential employee like a disposable commodity. The emotional toll and professional setback I have experienced as a result of their actions are immeasurable. I urge anyone considering employment with Robert Walters to think twice. Their actions have not only cost me a job but have also exposed their utter lack of integrity and respect for individuals. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others who may be considering affiliating themselves with a company that exhibits such inhumane disregard for people. What is particularly enraging is that, rather than reaching out personally to address the specific concerns I raised, Robert Walters Portugal seems content with a superficial and automated response. This further highlights their lack of commitment to resolving this issue. It is evident that their response is more about maintaining a positive image than addressing the problems of someone who fell victim to their unprofessional conduct. This approach only adds insult to injury, as it reinforces the notion that the company is more concerned with its public perception than with the well-being of the individuals affected by their actions.

      You will go through 3 rounds of interviews, first with the HR representative, then a senior manager, and lastly with the director of the department. Director is well distinguished and expects a lot from the candidate, as expected as they need to vouch for each and every team member as the remuneration rate is according to team basis
