They have quite many rounds of interviews but they tried to finish it within a day or two. It was a good experience interviewing with Robert Walters. Then, they will get back to you in around 2 weeks time if you are suitable candidate

Why do you want to join recruitment
What's your motivation/drive?
I met with 6 people in total, the interviews were fine but it lasted for more than 1.5 months. They asked all the questions that other people were mentioning here.
1) phone interview/screening: general questions based on resume
2) manager interview: get to meet each team's manager and get to know about the teams
3) country manager interview: mock-trial for headhunting

self-introduction, what interested you to become a headhunter, etc..
Had met several consultants from several teams. Also at the end we went quick drink with few consultants and it was the final interview. Until then it is the process of the interview so be careful.
