Meet with a lot of different consultants/managers. Hiring managers are mainly looking for candidates that will present well in front of clients. Wanting to make money is key for their interviews.

The interview was quick, it was an onsite interview. It had 3 stages of meetings, casual with the head, manager and senior consultant were technical. Focused on motivation and setting expectations regarding the role. It is a sales role more than a recruiter role.
