You had a first interview, and then they sent you a bunch of documents to sign, but they never contacted you again. They want to get all your information, and maybe in the future, if there is a job opening, they will connect with you.

This happened years ago (5 years to be exact), but they sent me to a client interview without telling them I was coming that day. They sent me an entire confirmation with location, date, and time, and was greeted with confusion and a lot of surprise that I was even there. My recruiter was so disengaged that he forgot to schedule that part. Last time I partnered with RH, I've heard many horror stories from friends who used to be internal recruiters there too.

I don't particularly remember, but we went over my experience and what I was looking for. The job they recommended me to was very much in line with what I was looking for, so kudos for that. But the client had no idea I was coming.
