Easy interview process via skype. Then I took a few online tests so thy could rate my proficiency in certain areas. They got me an interview within a week. After the interview, I e-mailed my recruiter twice and never heard back. Very unprofessional. Not to mention they sent me to an interview that was completely different than what I had applied to..
The interview was a great experience. First the recruiter reached out and then I had an interview with the manager of the company. The interviewer questions that were fundamentals of Accounting and why I wanted this position.

It was easy and quick with simple questions. Go through your resume and experience to see if you are a good fit. Nothing too hard, the manager was very nice and patient.

The interview was great window to the company's hiring process and it went well. the expected projects were unknown and it turns out the company try to find projects based on the employees set of skills, then they market the employee under company's name.
