Similar to an office temp position. Called in and came in a week later. Simple legal contract work for recent grads who don't have jobs lined up. Relatively straight forward, did you have the necessary requirements, can you dress the part, look the part, not make waves. Wanted their contract employees to be faceless and characterless. They are in a good industry for that. Honest about fact that you would call in each week and could expect several months of calling in without an assignment because they wanted to make sure you were desperate enough to accept the insult of a wage offer they would make you (and then not tell you that was before they took their cut so your first check was a bit of a shock.)

The interview went smoothly. The interviewer was thorough and experienced. We discussed my CV in detail. During the first part of the interview, we went over the history of my employment and experience as a legal practitioner. The second part was my goals in my job seeking process and how I could apply my knowledge and experience working for Robert Half.
