Spoke with an employee at Account Temps, explained my interest in going temp to perm in financial analysis, scheduled an interview, interviewed once, took an online test and filled out paper work, had a second interview, completed rest of the the online paper work and was placed. Total of 8 days.
The interview was a great experience. First the recruiter reached out and then I had an interview with the manager of the company. The interviewer questions that were fundamentals of Accounting and why I wanted this position.

It was easy and quick with simple questions. Go through your resume and experience to see if you are a good fit. Nothing too hard, the manager was very nice and patient.

The interview was great window to the company's hiring process and it went well. the expected projects were unknown and it turns out the company try to find projects based on the employees set of skills, then they market the employee under company's name.
