I went through a really great interviews and thought everything went well only to be ghosted by my recruiter. She ignored my emails and phone calls after she told me there was a job I would be perfect for and she would be sending me onboarding documents to my email.
The recruiters are really helpful in finding a placement that matches what you need. They typically just ask about your education and employment background. The interviews they set you up with are not long or even extensive.
They are clueless to litigation skill-sets you memorialize on your resume and that you possess yet claim they have a good grasp of your background and eventually and likely sells you quite short to their "client" law firms
